1. dredge the porkchops in flour, then eggs, then crushed saltines.
  2. pan fry them.
  3. bake until cooked all the way through.


  1. add flour to drippings in frying pan until oil is saturated
  2. cook that, be careful not to burn it
  3. You just made a roux! You roux!
  4. Add cream to roux and stir until desired consistency.
  5. It might be a little clumpy at first, keep stirring.
  6. Add (lots of) black pepper to taste.


  1. Cook potatoes.
  2. Mash them
  3. Add 1/4 cup of butter and remaining cream.
  4. Add chives or sour cream for extra tastiness.
